Kiran
has a vast amount of experience in giving practical advice and help to businesses
from start-up, through growth, restructuring, and diversification to planning
exit routes. He also advises the officers and individual employees of some of his
clients on complying with increasingly complex general regulations that

Accounting and tax compliance are an important part of his work, but he feels that the management advice, planning, and advisory services that he provides make a particularly positive contribution to his clients’ success. He also has experience in forensic accounting and litigation support.
Kiran’s clients operate in a variety of business sectors, including travel, restaurants, media, manufacturing and distribution, retail and services to name but a few. He acts for a number of UK subsidiaries of global companies and also advises UK entities in their dealings with overseas transactions, to ensure that a practical commercial approach is taking.
Kiran qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a national firm in Birmingham, before leaving them to move to London and join Weston Kay in 1993. Over the years he has enjoyed being actively involved with the increasing number of varied clients that he has acquired over the years. He finds that the experience gained both in his previous firm and since joining Weston Kay has been invaluable in advising clients of all sizes and at all stages of their development.
Kiran is married with two children and lives in Pinner. Outside work, Kiran
enjoys being with his family and is actively involved in a number of charities
both in the UK and internationally. Kiran enjoys running to stay fit.
